Use your brainstorming page of your Writing Journal to brainstorm issues that are important to you. Think of people, places, things, or passions that are connected to issues and write them in your journal so you have some seed ideas for our next writing assignment.
- Students should start school later.
- Zoos should not be legal.
- School should only be four days a week.
- There should be no grades in elementary school.
- Homework is unnecessary.

Reading: Read 20 minutes from a book of your choice. Remember, your goal is to read 4 books and blog about each one this trimester for a B, 5 for an A, 6 for an A+
Presentations will continue to take place this week for "Current Event."

Begin writing your "Event of the Revolution" Scholars Speak essay. REMEMBER TO INDENT your first paragraph. (Write your first draft in pages or on separate paper. Then copy it NEATLY onto the Scholars Speak paper.)
